Bursa's official Privacy Center at privacy.bursanalar.com is operated internally by PT Global Makmur Madani. This is not a decorative legal page - you can read policies and submit data-subject requests under the PDP Law.
Make a request
- Click Make a privacy request on any policy page or the hub.
- Choose your subject type (account holder, waitlist/non-account, mentor applicant).
- Pick a request type (access, correction, erasure, etc.).
- Submit the form - you will receive a reference number by email.
Erasure, portability, or consent withdrawal requires sign-in with the same email.
Track status
Open Track request, enter email + reference number, verify with a 6-digit OTP.
Limitations
- Manual processing by our privacy team (not enterprise automation).
- Legally required data (e.g. tax transaction records) may not be erasable - we explain in writing.
- SLA: within 14 business days.
