How to submit
Fill in the form below or email privacy@bursanalar.com with:
- Full name as on the account
- Email registered at Bursa
- Request type (from the table above)
- Request detail — be specific about what you need
- Identity verification — we may ask for extra confirmation to protect your account
Response time
We respond within 14 working days. Complex requests may take longer — we will tell you.
Exceptions
Some data cannot be deleted because of legal duties (for example transaction history for tax reporting). In that case we will explain the reason in writing.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the data-protection authority under UU PDP.
