Does Bursa sell my personal data?

No. We never sell personal data to third parties for marketing. Data is shared only with subprocessors needed to operate the platform. See Subprocessors.

What data does Bursa collect?

Identity (name, email), transaction data, learning progress, private Notes, and technical data (IP, device). Mentors also upload KYC documents. Full detail: Privacy Policy.

Can mentors see my private notes?

No. Your Notes/learning notes are private and are not shared with mentors, admins, or others.

Does Bursa store credit-card numbers?

No. Payments are processed by a payment gateway (Midtrans/Xendit). Bursa does not store card numbers, CVV, or raw card data.

How does Google login work?

We receive only email, display name, and public profile photo from Google. You can revoke access at any time via Google Account Security.

How do I delete my account?

Submit via Data requests or account settings. Some transaction data may be retained (anonymised) for tax duties.

Where is data stored?

Cloud infrastructure (Vercel, PostgreSQL database) may be located outside Indonesia. We apply contractual controls under UU PDP. Detail: Privacy Policy Article 9.

Does Bursa use cookies?

Yes — essential cookies for login and platform function, plus optional analytics cookies (with consent). Detail: Cookie Policy.

How long is data kept?

It varies by category — identity while the account is active, technical logs 90–180 days, transactions per tax duty. Full table: Privacy Policy Article 6.
